Yoan is the co-founder responsible for the Solomon AI systems that keep customer finance records, approvals, payments, and conversations lined up. Reliability-first mindset, distributed-systems background, low tolerance for numbers that don't reconcile.

Background

Before Solomon AI, Yoan built and operated global-scale systems at Salesforce and Microsoft. At Salesforce he worked on the Distributed Tracing and APM teams, contributing to the observability infrastructure that helps engineering teams understand and optimize their distributed services across the platform.

At Microsoft, he shipped core services for Azure Storage — including contributions to the Paxos consensus engine that keeps global metadata consistent, and the HDFS-compatible storage layer that powers petabyte workloads. Within his first month, he diagnosed a critical issue in consensus management that was driving outages, and shipped fixes that cut outage incidents by 75%.
